Time for regulation. I invite you to a breathwork session. That's 120 minutes without a phone, notifications, during which no one will disturb you. Thanks to this, you will direct your attention to yourself, notice sensations from your body and emotions, and dissolve them in the breathwork session. You will immerse yourself in feeling yourself in a guided meditation. In the breathwork session, you regulate your nervous system and release tension and emotions from your body. The tension and emotions that make your back, shoulders, or head hurt. Less tension means less pain and discomfort. What happens in a breathwork session is a process. It's never the same. Sometimes you get an answer to your question. That magical AHA moment appears—yes, that's how it is. And sometimes you have to wait a bit. But this movement towards yourself that you make—a movement towards seeing yourself differently. Noticing tingling in your hands, tension in your shoulder, expansion in your belly without judging—creates a crack in the organized here and now space. Then something breaks. And through that crack, light begins to shine. And that light brightens you, and you see yourself anew, differently, and you change. Images that need to be seen now as an adult.
