
Do you find yourself constantly feeling irritability, anger, nervousness, anxiety, depressive moods and an ongoing emotional rollercoaster? If so, it’s high time to do something about it. Negative emotions can affect your health and well‑being — don’t wait until problems start.
Come to the session and de‑stress!
At the meeting you will take part in a guided relaxation (lying on mats), through which you will rest better than during a 15‑minute nap. You will release tension in the body and observe the thoughts, sensations and emotions you experience every day.
Next we will move on to a simple meditation using the breath and yogic sounds, which will help you calm the mind and heated emotions.
At the end we will invite you to a communal musical meditation called kirtan — it will fill your heart with positive yogic sounds and transcendental calm. You will quickly forget negative moods.
