The holidays are ending, and we're back to the pole! The first workshops of the new season are the perfect opportunity to get your body moving after summer and recharge with pole dance energy for autumn! What's waiting for you: - a solid dose of technique - new tricks and transitions - motivating atmosphere - lots of endorphins (and a bit of soreness and new bruises ;)) 📍 Where? Studio Karina Sport, Grochowska 23/building G 📅 When? 7.09.2025 (Sunday) Workshop blocks: 🕒 13.00 - 14.30 Dynamic Pole Elements / Regrips & Acrobatic catches (advanced level): In this workshop block, we will focus entirely on grip changes: upper hand changes, lower hand changes, various dynamic transitions from handspring to other positions. I will show you the learning process I went through during my own training – step by step, with an emphasis on safety and understanding the technique. This approach allowed me to effectively master grip changes and use them in transitions and tricks. My priority is to equip you with the knowledge and skills to safely work on these elements independently. 🕒 14:30 - 16.00 Pole Tricks & Combos (intermediate level): This includes everything I love doing on the pole – jumps, drops, dynamic position changes, interwoven with interesting transitions and elements. Of course, there will be drills for these elements. As a coach and athlete, I believe that good motor preparation leads to better understanding, and consequently, safer and more confident execution of elements. A few words about me: I have been training pole dance since 2012. Very quickly, this sport became my great passion, completely consuming me. I am a graduate of AWF, and I wrote my master's thesis on the role and significance of strengthening training in pole dance. I have trained with many coaches associated with pole dance. I trained under the guidance of the World Champion in Pole Sport and Pole Art in the POSA federation, Olena Minina. I have won medals in pole art/pole sport/exotic pole competitions: 1st place at the Pole Dance Show and Pin Up Competition in 2023 in the duet category, 1st place at Exotic Queen Poland in the Queen Tricks category, 2nd place at Exotic Queen UK in the Queen Tricks category, 2nd place at the Polish Pole Sport Championships in 2019 in the Elite category, 2nd place in the POLE MATES category at Vertical Fit in 2022, 2nd place in the Elite category at the Pin Up Championship in 2022. I am also a co-founder of the Extreme Pole Sport brand. In my classes, I pay attention to the smallest details to make the technique of performing a given element as accessible as possible.
