This series of workshops is intended for psychotherapists who have completed basic training in Schema Therapy (including both theoretical and practical parts covering work with 18 maladaptive schemas and schema modes). Various levels of difficulty are provided (beginner, intermediate, advanced), allowing participants to adjust the intensity of learning to their experience and needs. WORKSHOP TOPICS This is a skills-polishing workshop necessary for working in the Schema Therapy approach (repetitive practice essential for gaining a sense of safety, confidence, proficiency, and flexibility in professional practice) based on deliberate practice, which will allow you to: - deepen your competence in applying techniques in various clinical situations, - transfer skills to procedural memory so that therapists have access to them when tired, stressed, or overworked, - become familiar with a research-based intervention framework to feel safe, at ease, and understand the purpose and rationale of a given intervention, - develop your own authentic working style in line with the therapist's personality, - build confidence and flexibility in adapting interventions to diverse office situations, - make and correct mistakes in a safe, development-friendly atmosphere – with constructive support from the group and facilitators. 📅 DATES AND ORGANIZATION Workshop schedule: - 1st session: January 31 – February 1, 2026 - 2nd session: March 28 – 29, 2026 - 3rd session: April 18 – 19, 2026 - 4th supervision session: May 9 – 10, 2026 During the 4th session, each participant will take part in 6 hours of group supervision in one of two 6-person groups – on Saturday, May 9 or Sunday, May 10. 📍 LOCATION On-site in Warsaw, the venue is located in the city center at Hoża 43/49. 💰 PARTICIPATION COST - Cost of one workshop session: 1200 PLN - Total cost of three workshop sessions: 3600 PLN - Cost of the supervision session: 450 PLN - Total cost of participation (three workshop sessions + supervision): 4050 PLN, payable in installments. ✉️ APPLICATIONS Please send registrations and questions to: zapisy@dobryschemat.pl Applications are processed in order of receipt. Payment regulations and details will be sent in a reply email after confirmation of registration. The training is conducted as a closed cycle, which means it is not possible to sign up for a single workshop. Classes will be held in a small group of 12 people, ensuring an individual approach and comfort during the workshop. Each participant will receive a certificate of participation signed by a certified supervisor of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST). Didactic and supervision hours completed as part of the workshop are counted towards the extension of certificates issued by PTTPB and ISST. FACILITATORS Kalina Jarecka, psychologist, psychotherapist, and schema therapy supervisor also working in the cognitive-behavioral and neurolinguistic psychotherapy approaches. Co-owner and founder of the Dobry Schemat psychotherapy office. She has been working since 2010. Currently, she mainly focuses on individual psychotherapy, conducting individual and group supervisions, and teaching therapeutic skills development. In the past, she has provided psychological consultations, soft skills workshops, individual coaching, and worked as an individual and group therapist at the Day Psychiatric Ward of Wolski Hospital in Warsaw. Marta Wielogórska, psychologist, psychotherapist, and lecturer educated and working in the cognitive-behavioral (certificate no. 1493), schema therapy (advanced certificate 4091), and compassion-focused therapy approaches. She has been working therapeutically for 8 years, conducting individual and group therapy, as well as workshops and the compassion training "Otulanie Życzliwością".
