What are the goals of this course? With a proper understanding of the features of the composite you are working with, the anatomy of teeth, and their photodynamics, every dentist is able to predictably restore lost tooth tissues. After completing the course, the participant will be able to restore the full functionality and aesthetics of teeth using composite. The stratification technique will no longer be difficult! What awaits you: 🗓️ Day I 10:00 – 20:00 Theoretical part: - ABCs of color and analysis of important optical phenomena – briefly and clinically. - Restoration planning. Wax-up from the technician, direct mockup, or maybe "freehand"? - Preparation or lack thereof for anterior fillings - Selection of restoration type – one, two colors, or maybe classic multi-layered restoration? - The most common mistakes, how to avoid and fix them - Analysis of the biomechanical features of the tooth in the context of planning future composite restoration - Aesthetic biomimetics – dedicated composite materials for achieving individual tooth characterization - Bubbles – how to prevent and correct them - Cut-back technique – multiple corrections during work, without time-consuming precise layering - Repairing "fresh" and "old" composite. When, how, why, consequences. - Repeatable adhesive protocols - Discolored teeth - All types of transition lines. White, yellow, gray, black lines, blue fields. Causes, management. - Introduction to clinical photography – it's simple! Discussion of possible devices, their components and settings; demonstration of documentary and purely artistic photography – both of anterior teeth and the face, based on unchanged settings. Practical part: - Correction of the shape of a microdontic tooth – direct composite mock-up - Preparation of a silicone index for a given case - Predictable and repeatable, individual color selection "button check" - Preparation of a central incisor – class IV defect - Non-preparative bonding – central incisor - Bonding with tissue preparation - Rubber dam in practice – full and partial isolation of the anterior segment, isolation with Teflon. From basics to advanced tricks Photography module – practical exercises. 🗓️ Day II 9:00 – 18:00 Theoretical part: - Review of information - Aesthetic standards, beauty canons - Smile analysis - Optical shape vs. tooth outline; determination, optical tricks in asymmetric spaces - Macro and microanatomy of incisors; whether, when, and how to restore? - Proven instruments - Polishing and re-polishing procedure Practical part: - Reconstruction of a microdontic tooth with space closure - Layered restoration of a class IV defect with recreation of internal optical phenomena - Two direct composite veneers - Different approaches to restoring natural macro and microanatomy of the tooth - Polishing – how to achieve a natural and high gloss - Additionally, at the end of the course, practical demonstrations - Class III in 13 minutes – repeatable and fast protocol - Opaquers – application, which, when, and how to use - Other isolation methods - Repeatable finishing of the subgingival zone - Abrasive sandblaster – start using it! - Quick restoration of worn incisal edges of lower teeth using the conical method 📚 Points: For participation in the course, the doctor receives 17 educational points. __________________________ 🎁 The course participant receives an Enamel Plus HRi training kit worth 905 PLN retail.
