Chipping of bonding? Do you know how to safely and predictably increase the bite in a patient, minimizing the risk of complications? A unique course led by Dr. hab. n. med. Maciej Żarow, who will show you how to effectively and aesthetically restore bite height using direct composite reconstructions. 🆕 New! The "Safe Bite Raising" program consists of two stages. After completing course 1.0, there is an opportunity to deepen your knowledge and develop practical skills in advanced rehabilitation and occlusal diagnostics techniques during course 2.0. What you will master in course 1.0: - How to diagnose and qualify patients for bite raising - What are the key occlusion principles in full-arch restorations - How to plan treatment – test bite raising, deprogramming, occlusion registration - How to perform direct composite restorations step by step in the posterior and anterior segments - How to avoid complications: fractures, overloads, loss of muscular and joint adaptation - How to select composite materials and application techniques to ensure durability and predictability 🎁 Course participants receive a training set of Enamel Bio Function material (BD2, BD3 – dentin shades; BF 2 – enamel shade) worth 500 PLN. This set is used for exercises during the practical part and is taken by the participant to further develop the skills acquired during the training. Instructor: Dr. hab. n. med. Maciej Żarow 📍 Course location: Warsaw, Wioślarska 6 Why choose education at AOC? - Exclusive training materials and access to unique clinical procedures - Practical knowledge from one of the most respected experts in aesthetic dentistry - Intensive workshops – you learn on real cases and work on models - Modern treatment protocols based on current scientific research After completing this course: - You will confidently and safely raise the bite in your patients - You will introduce modern, minimally invasive restoration techniques into your practice - You will achieve predictable aesthetic and functional results that will increase patient comfort and satisfaction ----------------------------------------------------- Theoretical part: - Centric relation: its importance in bite reconstruction - Patient deprogramming? At the chair or with a deprogrammer? Introduction to deprogramming (Individual deprogrammer provided in course 2.0) - Planning bite raising: should you raise? By how much? - Wax-up in the anterior segment vs. wax-up in the posterior segment - Decision on the type of restoration: direct or indirect; composite or porcelain - Trimming silicone matrices for direct restorations: choice of material for posterior and anterior teeth - Discussion and provision of the Kois deprogrammer - Blocking interproximal spaces and removing excess: instrumentation - Occlusal calibration after posterior segment restorations - Anterior segment restoration: composite or porcelain? Practical part: - Comprehensive restoration of worn teeth in one visit using composite. Each participant will restore teeth 4.1, 3.1, 4.6, 3.6 using heated composite material with enhanced mechanical properties. - Analysis of tooth wear and planned restoration volume (analysis of dentin and enamel wear) - Making silicone matrices for the posterior segment - Making silicone matrices for the anterior segment - Trimming silicone matrices and eliminating the most common mistakes - Fitting matrices and blocking interproximal spaces - Practicing removal of excess from interproximal spaces - How to achieve the right color? - Restoration in the posterior segment - Restoration in the anterior segment - Occlusal adjustment: equilibration - Polishing and finishing the restoration We cordially invite you to participate in the Course! -------------------------------------------------- 📧 kontakt@aocedu.pl 🌐 https://aocedu.pl 📞 517 322 233
