Radical Relax and Łaźnia Misterium invite you to a unique SAUNA RAVE — dance · fire · freedom.

Sober ecstasy. Nudity without sexualization. Sound, body, breath, rhythm and sweat.

Welcome to SAUNA RAVE — an event on the border of ritual, rave party, biological renewal, cozy house gathering and psychedelic fantasy. Here rave meets awareness, warmth and breath, and the body dances as if there were no gravity.

What is SAUNA RAVE?

• A conscious, healthy and sober event centered in the warmth of the sauna and the freedom of dance.
• A party without alcohol and drugs; nudity freed from sexual context; rhythm driven by heart and bass.

Why the sauna?

• It cleanses body and soul, regulates the nervous system, supports emotional integration and opens space for deep self-experience.
• Combined with movement and music it creates a trance-like state — a natural high without substances.

What will happen?

⏰ Warming DJ sets — 21:30 KÆS; 23:30 DJ PANZA

• Space to dance in the warmth of the sauna or in the cooling zone
• Breathwork sessions and somatic techniques
• Nudity allowed — without sexual context, in the spirit of authenticity and equality
• Integration in the chill-out zone: jam session, chilled kombucha and adaptogenic tea, sharing
• Traditional “SOBER TOASTS” during the sauna ladle pouring and birch twig ceremonies led by Natalia Xymena Ambroziak — opening session around 21:00

Venue and facilities

• Heated bathhouse, hot tub and cold pool (water changed before each event)
• Sauna ceremonies using oak and eucalyptus whisks
• Warm lounge, kitchen with filtered water, kombucha, lemonade, tea and fruit
• Garden with a large lawn, covered shelter and bonfire

Prepare yourself

• It’s good to bring at least two towels, a natural-fiber scarf or hat and possibly a robe or sandals.
• DRESSCODE: a costume or undressing party — if you’re not ready for nudity, surprise us with an original outfit or accessories
• The event is free from alcohol and drugs

📍 Radykalny Relaks — Rubinowa 5 (ajar gate from Błękitna street), a property surrounded by an ivy-covered wall, a few steps from PKP Wawer station (Warsaw).

Parking: Rubinowa and Widoczna; do not park on Błękitna street (the main entrance is there). Please be quiet when closing car doors at night.
