Assertiveness Training

About the event

Dear Parents! We invite children born in 2016–2017 to a unique Assertiveness Training – "Close to yourself, free among others" This is a series of 16 meetings during which children learn how to: - talk about their emotions and needs - set boundaries with respect - cope with pressure and conflict - build relationships based on courage and calm Classes are held in an intimate group of 7 in Warsaw's Ochota district (Saturdays at 11 am) – only 2 spots left! Children are accompanied in learning by four characters: - Tense Sabina – learns to trust herself and speak up about her needs - Explosive Walenty – discovers that you don't need anger to take care of what's important - Scheming Klemek – learns to speak directly, without "beating around the bush" - Assertive Stan – shows that you can care for your needs and relationships Each meeting is play, conversation, movement, and group exercises – in the spirit of respect, mindfulness, and authenticity.
