Everyone would like their children to be happy, cheerful, healthy and not cause too many problems. We want to live with our children in peace and harmony, for children to respect and listen to their parents, behave well, do well in school and build a happy life. Meanwhile reality often looks different and we feel helpless.

We often feel that something troubles our child: they withdraw, don't want to talk, wake up at night, fall ill, avoid contact. It is not always clear what the cause is and it is hard to communicate.

• What exhausts, saddens, or worries them so much?
• Why does my child scream so much, why do they cry all the time?
• Why do they wake up at night?
• Why do they still wet themselves?
• Why are they ill? Where do asthma, allergies, constant colds come from?
• Why did they come back drunk? And it's not the first time…
• Why do they spend whole days at the computer or on the phone?
• Why don't they study or find it difficult?
• Why is my child unhappy, depressed, anxious, having nightmares?
• Why do they eat too little or too much? (anorexia, bulimia, obesity)
• Why are they rebellious, why don't they trust me?
• Why are they aggressive?
• Why is it so hard to live under the same roof with my own child?
• Am I a bad mother / bad father? Maybe I need help?

WHO IS IT FOR?

If you know or feel that your child is struggling, overwhelmed or worried, I invite you to a workshop run using the family constellations method. I also invite parents who find it difficult to parent because of their own emotional problems (aggression, anger, depression, anxiety, addictions).

Equally to mothers, I also invite fathers. A child needs the love, strength and energy of both parents and both can work for their wellbeing.

The family constellations method is a tool of insight and change that allows you to look at difficulties from a different, deeper point of view, taking into account family history and the strength of relationships between its members.

WHY IS MY CHILD SUFFERING?

Bert Hellinger says that “the child's heart is already where the parents' hearts are heading”. Children often experience difficulties that have nothing to do with them — they take on things from the family system. Constellations show that children can “display” excluded family members, traumas and unresolved matters of ancestors.

Out of deep, unconscious love, children can become entangled in issues that are not theirs and suffer because of it. The problem must be resolved where it actually arose, in the relationships and histories of those people.

Step by step in constellations we get to the core. When a solution appears, everyone feels relieved — the problem stops being necessary.

WHY THE FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS METHOD?

Bert Hellinger's method works quickly and effectively with various problems thanks to the so-called “knowing field”, which allows representatives to feel and behave like the people they represent. Constellations show the network of dependencies in the family and on whom the child or parent looks internally.

A PROBLEM is a lit alarm light — it indicates that something has been overlooked, unnoticed or unfinished. The person setting up “reads” the movements, sensations and emotions of the representatives and follows the thread to the source of the problem. When a solution appears, relief follows.

WHY JOIN?

Meeting other people with similar problems reduces the sense of loneliness and gives a new perspective. A safe and supportive atmosphere quickly forms at workshops. Participants work for one another: representatives and observers can gain a lot from a single session.

There is also a spiritual dimension and a sense of meaning: access to the unconscious sphere helps to understand where we come from and what it means for us.

For a child's issue, the presence of one parent is sufficient. We work primarily for the benefit of underage children. In the case of problems of an adult child, please contact me in advance for a short individual consultation — the client can be the adult child themselves.

Price:
- 580 PLN — participation in the workshop with your own constellation. Reserving a place requires payment of a deposit (non-refundable) of 280 PLN and sending proof of transfer. The deposit is non-refundable, please decide carefully.
- In case of cancellation no later than 48 hours before the start: possibility of a one-time transfer of the deposit to another date within 3 months from the reserved date.
- In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the start: the deposit is forfeited.
- 280 PLN — attending observer (option without own work). Full payment before the workshop date.
The price includes water, coffee, tea and cookies.

ABOUT ME

I learned family constellations from Bert Hellinger and from Gerhard Walper, Wolfgang Deusser, Heiko Hinrichs and Andrea Drohli. I completed a two-year Study of Psychotherapy in the Process Psychology approach of Arnold Mindell and many trainings and practices in the helping field.
