Hellinger We invite you to an extraordinary and transformative workshop of Systemic Constellations according to Bert Hellinger's method, led by his long-time student Jerzy Antosz. Family constellations according to Bert Hellinger are a unique form of therapy that enables understanding and liberation from negative patterns passed down by our ancestors. This method allows for a deep discovery of oneself, family systems, and patterns influencing our lives. The process shows how the fates of our ancestors and our past shape the future of ourselves and our descendants. Family constellations also open new perspectives for understanding health and illness, leading participants to the source of problems and their transformation. In family constellations, we always confront the facts of how the fates of earlier family members are connected through the unconscious actions of later generations. We carry what was left unfinished in previous generations, including burdens and guilt. We are at the end of many generations – our roots reach deep, infinitely deep." /Bert Hellinger Bert Hellinger (1925-2020) was a German psychotherapist and one of the most influential researchers of family dynamics and relationships. In his youth, he spent 16 years as a missionary among the Zulu tribe in South Africa, where he encountered a deep respect for ancestors and community. This experience became the foundation of his later therapeutic work. After returning to Europe, he studied philosophy, pedagogy, theology, and psychotherapy, drawing from psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy, and transactional analysis. On this path, he created his own approach, now known as Systemic Constellations. Systemic Constellations are a method of working with unconscious bonds that connect us with our family and ancestors. Hellinger discovered that hidden laws operate in every family system – the orders of love. When these laws are violated (e.g., by excluding a family member, imbalance in giving and receiving, or taking on someone else's fate), difficulties in relationships, health, or sense of life may appear in subsequent generations. Thanks to constellations, it is possible to look at one's life from a broader perspective – to see the place that truly belongs to us, heal bonds, and restore the flow of love and strength in relationships. Hellinger's method, now used worldwide, supports building harmony in relationships, family, work, and in relation to oneself. The most important orders of love include: - the law of belonging – every member of the system has the right to their place, regardless of their life or fate - the law of balance in giving and receiving – relationships need balance between what we give and what we receive - the law of order – in the system, sequence and hierarchy are important: parents are "first," children "later," and earlier generations stand behind later ones. During constellations, hidden bonds and burdens are revealed – for example, taking on the fate of someone from earlier generations, loyalty to difficult family histories, or trying to "even out" old wrongs. Through the constellation experience, it is possible to restore balance and respect in the system, and thus regain strength, freedom, and healthier relationships. Hellinger's method works on a deep level – beyond intellect and analysis. In a short time, it allows you to see dynamics that were often invisible for years, yet influenced our lives, relationships, choices, or health. Thanks to constellations, you can: heal partner and family relationships, better understand yourself and your place in the lineage, free yourself from burdens that are not yours, and feel a greater flow of life, love, and lightness. Today, the systemic constellation method is used worldwide – in work with families, couples, psychotherapy, coaching, as well as in organizations and business. Bert Hellinger left behind a rich legacy of books, seminars, and lectures, in which he emphasized that the main force transforming life is love – when it finds the right order and flows in accordance with the greater laws of life. "Only love sets free" / Bert Hellinger ___________________________ LEADERS: JERZY ANTOSZ & AGNIESZKA ALEKSANDRA ĆWIECZKOWSKA Jerzy Antosz is a practitioner of the Gestalt method and group processes, with 16 years of experience in this field, and a graduate of a one-year master course at the Gestalt Therapy Institute in Krakow. He also works in individual therapy, depth therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychoanalysis. From 2006 to 2019, he was a devoted student of Bert Hellinger. Jerzy is one of the few outstanding experts in the field of Systemic Constellations according to Bert Hellinger. He has also completed many courses in areas such as Recall Healing, quantum perception, and German New Medicine. For 7 years, he worked at a support center for addicts in Germany, and his exceptional knowledge and ability to read the energy field will effectively guide participants through the process of transformation and liberation. Agnieszka Aleksandra Ćwieczkowska is a holistic therapist with 10 years of experience, specializing in body and energy integration. She combines the gift of clairvoyance with a unique synthesis of 12 methods (including naturopathy, Chinese medicine, dowsing, Hebrew numerology-plan, systemic constellations, and quantum healing).
