Dear Westies! After quite a long break, we invite you to another edition of Sezon na Westa, a weekend workshop at 4 levels of advancement, with Polish and international instructors and all-night parties in a large dance hall. An Anti-Valentine's edition awaits you, so it's possible that some interesting "themes" will appear in the workshops. We hope you will come eagerly and in large numbers to bring back the atmosphere of previous Seasons – those who were there know and remember. And for those who missed one of the previous 12 editions, this is a chance for a bigger workshop in Warsaw. Below you will find full info. ___________________________________________ For whom? The workshops will be held at 4 levels of advancement: - 1) G2 => for people learning WCS for at least 6 months - required figures: 5 basic figures (left side pass, under arm, sugar push, sugar tuck, whip) - required technique: basic hand changes, turns, angles, close position - 2) G3 => for people learning WCS for at least 2-3 years - required technique: G1 + posting/floating/scrolling, weight transfer, mirror vs. parallel hips, rock'n'go - 3) G4 => for people learning WCS for at least 4-5 years or with at least 8 WSDC points in the Newcomer category - required technique: G2 + spring motion, active vs. passive lead, knee ball changes/hitches and delayed 1 - 4) G5 => for people with WSDC points in Intermediate/Advanced categories or by invitation of the instructors Additionally, for those interested, there will be an audition on Friday evening, where you can try to get into a higher group if there are still places available. ___________________________________________ 📅 When?
