These sensations are the result of holistic work with the voice. In such work the body, breath, emotions and mindset combine to shape the voice’s condition and sound. I invite you to workshops where I will introduce you to methods of working with voice and body. You will see how you can release tension, learn beautiful songs and hear yourself.
This can be the beginning or continuation of your Voice path.
You may choose to attend a single workshop and then sign up for the others later. Payment is per meeting.

About the instructor:
ALEKSANDRA ZAWŁOCKA – singer, actress, pedagogue. Certified Modern Vocal Training Level 1 trainer. She works with original methods as well as Estill Voice Training, Kristin Linklater and Voice Yoga. She completed Estill Voice Training® course: Level 1 and 2. She focuses on bringing out the depth and power of the voice in both mental and physical dimensions. She combines vocal training with yoga, intuitive movement and rhythmic exercises. She leads the singing group Chmara; she is the vocalist of the Nasmeh project and has guest collaborated with the Szlakiem Starych Drzew project and the band Żywiołak. Scholarship recipient from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage for the “Culture on the Net” project.
