This is a gentle, mindful practice that strengthens, stretches, and soothes. Through calm movement and conscious breathing, you learn to listen to your body, let go of tension, and regain lightness. About the instructor: Gosia Gocyk – certified Hatha and Yin yoga teacher, as well as meditation and face yoga. Her goal is to support others in discovering peace and balance through a holistic approach that combines various yoga techniques to optimally support body, mind, and spirit. In her life, she combines the roles of wife, mother, and landscape architect, striving for harmony in all these areas.
