My Regards, Some time ago, I had the honor of hosting you, Dear Guests, on a pleasant stroll along Grochowska, where together with the writer and expert on Warsaw dialect, Mr. Przemysław Śmiech, we walked through our Grochów neighborhood. The walk ended at Wiatrak with a promise of a second part. Dear Guests! We’re moving on! ✨ On October 19th at 3:00 PM, we begin our second walk together. This time, we’ll go from Wiatrak to Szembek. We’ll share Grochów tales, a bit of facts and a bit of myths. We’ll chat, laugh, and reminisce. There will be stories about Grochów’s roots, about eggs, about doughnuts and bazaars. And much more! So, essentially, it will be Przemysław Śmiech plus myself at our best, supervised by Stefan Wiech Wiechecki. In short: - Walk with Wiech and Śmiech, part 2 - From Wiatrak to Szembek - You’re invited! Przemysław Śmiech, a first-rate writer and old-school comedian. Author of two prose collections: ‘Mowa z Grochowa’ and ‘Na drugie nóżkie’, where he vividly depicts life in our capital and the Grochów area. And since Mr. Śmiech is a Grochów native and neighbor, let’s invite him as a guest, where together we’ll guide and tell you a bit about the Kamionek-Grochów atmosphere.
