“Here I am” — on a gentle return to the Self.
Sometimes contact with yourself begins with a quiet inner voice saying “here I am.” From the first gentle touch of your own presence — from returning to yourself as you are, not as you “should be.” This meeting is not about doing; it is about being and tenderly reclaiming contact with yourself.
Because without contact with yourself:
This is the moment when you gently bring yourself back into your body. You find yourself where you have been for a long time, only perhaps a little quieter, a little aside. “Here I am.” This may be the most important sentence you say this year.

Because the group is intimate, please register only if you intend and can attend; if something comes up, let us know in advance so the spot can be freed for another woman.
We lose the most energy trying not to feel. Avoidance has become automatic. Fear fades when you approach it close enough to hear what it is saying.
This will not be a meeting about resolutions. It will be a meeting about presence — about slowly returning to a rhythm that no one but you knows.
There will be:
This is a moment of rooting into the body, into truth, into a place from which you can move forward toward contact.
This meeting is for you if you feel that:
Before you join:
The “Woman in Contact” series is a developmental space for women — based on mindfulness, body work, journaling and the experience of being in a circle, but without entering a therapeutic process. We work here and now with what is alive in the body and emotions. We do not analyze history, diagnose, or provide individual therapy. This is a safe, supportive space where you can feel, see and name what is in you — without the need to “enter deep wounds.”
Hi, I’m Monika. For 13 years I have worked with women — I started in big business, supporting personal brands. I noticed how many of us live in constant tension between roles, expectations and trying to find a moment for ourselves. I am a mother; that path led me to psychology and psychotherapy. Today I am a Gestalt psychotherapist in training, working under supervision, running workshops, online trainings and individual sessions. I created “Woman in Contact” because I believe that before we meet the world, we must meet ourselves. This meeting begins with one gentle sentence: “here I am.”
I invite you!
Let’s stay in contact,
Monika
