This is a time for reflection, integrating the experiences brought by summer, and gathering the gifts and fruits of the summer months. A time to prepare for autumn. What gifts and experiences did the summer months bring you? How do you want to prepare for the upcoming autumn? What within you seeks greater balance, harmony, and equilibrium? The Autumn Equinox is an opportunity for celebration, reflection, and sharing. We will sit in a circle, share words, connect with feelings, the body, and breath. We will light a fire, sing, and move our bodies.
