
The D.Winnicott Association of Child Psychotherapists in Krakow invites psychologists, psychotherapists, and midwives to a one-day training on psychotherapeutic work with women at the end of pregnancy and the mother-infant dyad. This is also an introduction to the annual seminar for those working in this field. Topics: - Psychodynamics of late pregnancy and postpartum - Working with the mother-infant dyad - Setting in dyad work - Case studies Participants will receive literature related to the training topic before the event. Trainer: Elżbieta Wilkowska – psychologist (UJ), certified (PTP) psychodynamic psychotherapist (KCP), supervisor applicant. She specializes in working with pregnant women, mother-infant dyads, and families with children aged 0-3 years. She gained experience working at Casa Angela Birth House in Sao Paulo and the Habitare Association, which focuses on prevention and intervention in maternal and child mental health. She completed a two-year course in psychoanalytic infant observation using the Ester Bick method (Instituto SEDES Sapientiae, Sao Paulo). She participated in the ISPHS Infant Observation Seminar. She works with dyads at the St. Ludwik Specialist Children's Hospital in Krakow and in a private practice in Krakow.
