We warmly invite you to the next meeting in the “Reportage from the World” series. This time our guest will be Tomasz Słomczyński – writer, journalist and author of books.
During the meeting the reporter will talk about his personal experiences related to discovering Pomeranian identity, characteristic of today's 40–50-year-olds, called the third generation of the “Recovered Territories”. This generation is the first after the end of World War II to feel the need to define its place in the local community and region so clearly.
The author will also speak about working on his subsequent books, which are a testimony to the search for a “mosaic” identity – Kashubian, Sopot and Żuławy.
