I invite you for a walk through one of Warsaw's largest parks — Skaryszewski Park, where more than a hundred years ago cows grazed carefree. The park, which in 2009 received the title of the Most Beautiful Park in Poland and was recognized as the third most beautiful park in Europe. The well-known Varsovianist Jerzy Kasprzycki wrote about Skaryszewski Park: here one feels an unmistakable natural Warsaw-ness that neither the Saxon Garden nor even Łazienki has (...) when I go to Kamionkowskie Lake today, I announce to my friends: I'm going to a real park.
We meet on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 14:00 in front of the park entrance from the direction of Waszyngton Roundabout, next to the bust of Ignacy Jan Paderewski. The walk is planned to last about 1.5 hours.
