We’ll begin the February Arte-Circle with dance. Gently, spontaneously, without pressure or tension, we will invite our bodies and emotions to move. Let what’s inside us be moved. We will give ourselves space for movements. We will be led by intuitive dance, meaning the “signals” flowing from our heart and body. There will be different rhythms, musical genres, melodies for warming, stamping, shouting out, rocking and pausing.
If you’d like — bring your playlist! We will conclude the experience in a circle.
