We invite you to a meeting with gentle, feminine qigong – a simple yet enchantingly beautiful practice that restores lightness to the body and breath.
During the class:
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health gymnastics. It strengthens the spine, improves motor skills, increases joint range of motion and harmonizes the body with emotions. Gentle movement activates the flow of energy through the meridian network, strengthening the energetic field of the organs.
We practice in shoes with thin soles (e.g. sneakers) or in thick socks. Bring something to drink.
Instructor: Anita Blachani Odbyła szkolenia nauczycielskie z jogi terapeutycznej, Jogi Yin i Qigongu u Francesco Garripoli. Systematycznie pogłębia swoją wiedzę, czerpiąc nauki od mistrzów sztuk walki z Shaolinu oraz zachodnich propagatorów. Podczas zajęć wykorzystuje różne systemy Qigongu, m.in. kobiecy „Qigong Promienny Lotos”, Zhang Fu Gong, Wuji Hundun, praktyki antynowotworowe Shaolin i inne.
She prefers to practice in nature. She is interested in various bodywork methods, somatics, dance and massage. Classes are led at a calm pace, allowing time to feel yourself and rest.
