Men's Walk – join us in Warsaw! Gentlemen, we invite you to the first Men's Walk in Warsaw every second Sunday of the month. The co-organizer and local leader of the Walk is Filip Tajchman. If you want to take care of your physical and mental health in the simplest way possible – join us. We focus on a relaxed atmosphere among men: no judgment, no competition, but with a solid dose of support and openness. What awaits you? - Outdoor activity – a walk that will recharge your batteries and help you get some fresh air. - Honest conversations – with men who face similar challenges. - Mutual support and motivation – simple solutions often arise during casual chats. - Uncomplicated format – just show up and walk with us. Marathon-level fitness is not required. 📅 When and where? - Date: Every second Sunday of the month at 8:00 AM. - Next walk: May 11, 2025 (Sunday). - Meeting point: National Museum in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 3 (in front of the Museum entrance). We start promptly at 8:00 AM, so arrive a bit earlier. We begin without unnecessary waiting! The walk will last about an hour.
