We invite you to free, outdoor sessions of the Neighborhood Sports Club! Did you know that even short but regular exercise has a positive effect on body and mind? Together we can take care of our well-being and fitness! ⭐ SESSION TIME: MONDAYS, 6:00 PM 📍 Meeting in front of the ARTHOUSE Gym at 24 Kołowa Street (old address: 18 Kołowa) Admission is free, no registration required. Power Walking is the perfect workout for everyone! The sessions combine walking with strengthening and stretching exercises. This physical activity is not only for the strong and healthy. Seniors can also participate. We exercise outdoors on the Arthouse grounds and in Wiecha Park. We guarantee: - good energy - healthy physical activity tailored to individual abilities - great company of neighbors!
