A celebration of nature’s awakening and deep relaxation.

When you say “spring has arrived,” you think of the first sun rays, the first warmth on the skin and a breath that becomes fuller. The Spring Equinox Sauna Festival is a full-day gathering in the rhythm of nature — full of herbs, aromas, infusions, and gentle sessions that will ease you into a soft awakening after winter.

All sessions will be led in the herbal style: fresh and dried herbs, infusions, spices, whisks, hydrolates, incense and the aromas of trees and meadows.

• What have we prepared?
  • 4 herbal sauna sessions for each group
  • Each session inspired by a different aspect of spring:
    • awakening
    • cleansing
    • freshness
    • balance
  • We will use:
    • fresh and dried herbs (mint, lemon balm, sage, rosemary, thyme, lavender)
    • infusions and hydrolates
    • spices in a light spring version
    • birch and eucalyptus whisks
    • aromas of coniferous trees and first shoots
    • plant-based additives for the water
    • incense
  • Live music: delicate sounds accompanying transitions between sessions
  • Outdoor grill: warm and light snacks and grilled meats marinated in Spices by YANGO
  • Gifts for participants: a small natural gift to take home
  • Relaxation zones:
    • cozy rest area
    • hot jacuzzi
    • cold-water plunge tub
    • space to quiet down between sessions
  • Hosts: Agata, Kasia, Olek, Adrian, Lisek

• Group schedule (max 14 participants per group):
  • Group I — 14:00–17:00 (Olek, Adrian, Kasia)
  • Group II — 18:00–21:00 (Olek, Adrian, Agata)
  • Group III — 22:00–01:00 (Olek, Adrian, Lisek)

What to bring?
3 towels
flip-flops
bathrobe or poncho
sauna hat (if you have one). Sauna hats and hammams are available on site.
