Love Story (but not pretentious!) Family workshops — Andrzej Wajda Centre for Film Culture
Love Story doesn't have to be serious. In our studio we'll turn romantic clichés into pure cinematic fun and unexpected plot twists. There will be room for ideas, spontaneity and playful on-set activities where everything can turn out completely different from a classic romance.
Host: Mateusz Hernik
Film cameraman, director of photography for the internationally awarded film "My Sister." He specializes in camera work in arthouse cinema and also shoots commercials and commercial projects. He has experience working in demanding conditions: he spent several months in Africa working on fiction and documentary projects, often in hard-to-reach locations. In the workshops he shares a practical approach to the operator's work in documentary and fiction film, from equipment selection to building relationships with actors and crew members.
