EVERYONE CAN SING… BUT IN A CONVENT?
The Mother Superior is unyielding – in her walls you can hear only Latin chorals. But the young sisters have their own idea of music. They want to sing so the world will hear and understand them. In secret, behind the stern superior’s back, they form a musical band and take on the greatest hits that for years have moved people’s hearts around the world.
Will they manage to convince the reverend mother that the messages of songs by The Beatles, Aretha Franklin or U2 can ennoble a person on par with a Latin choral? Can the repertoire of Budka Suflera, Zakopower or Madonna speak about divine and human matters as well as the songs from the convent hymnal?

In the roles of the Sisters and their companions performs the Choir JEDNO – an extraordinary formation that combined a passion for singing with a huge sense of humor and stage charisma. Exceptional vocalists and an instrumental band effortlessly combine harmonies worthy of a convent nave with the energy of the music stage. They will play the religious rebels who boldly – and with a smile – step beyond the bounds of tradition to sing the truth about the world, love, beauty… and God.
