Workshop topic: MATURE ADULTHOOD
Description:
The adult part resolves life problems. Even more — when acting from the adult part problems do not arise, because adulthood is present and does not distort reality, does not argue with it, does not reject it, does not seek conflict. A mature expression of non-resistance to reality is lack of control and relaxation; there appears room for kindness toward oneself and others. The fear (of the child) that something will go wrong ends, and cooperation with life begins. Adulthood holds appropriate boundaries and knows what is possible here and now.
- From which place do you act?
- On whom does responsibility 'fall'?
- Who manages the energy in a given situation?
- Which part of you reacts — the child or the adult?
If the 'child' part dominates when adult decisions must be made, strategies or a long list of unmet childhood needs will appear. You can stay with the child part — rebuild the relationship with it, feel its spontaneity, give it space and permission for uniqueness. Later you need to return to your current age and presence in adulthood, without cutting off the sensitive child part.
A feature of the adult part is acceptance of what is. We do not work with adulthood only in the mind; through exercises we work with feeling adulthood.
Program and method:
- Exercises and meditations focused on adulthood and the basics of family relationships.
- The first 3–4 hours are practice work: movement to mother, movement to father, movement to life and determining one’s own place in the family field.
- There will be only 5–6 constellations during the day; the remaining time is exercises for all participants.
Purpose of a constellation:
The work has a concrete dimension: a short definition of the problem and work through a constellation. At the level of the mind you have a long story about problems; in a constellation we leave thoughts and beliefs and work with what you do not know about yourself.
The constellation process often reveals causes reaching into childhood or ancestors; it shows entanglements and can lead to a new solution.

Participation and the role of a representative:
- Participation is a decision and readiness to take responsibility for yourself and to accept the solution shown in the constellation.
- People who do not yet have a ready topic are invited as active representatives — it is a good form of preparation for one’s own constellation work.
- Every participant also works through meditations and mini-constellations (constellation exercises).
Costs (one-day group constellations):
- 650 zł — participation for one day with one own constellation (9 hours).
- 550 zł — participation for one day as a representative (9 hours).
Reservation and payments:
I do not accept registrations and payments from third parties or applications as gift vouchers or surprises. Each participant registers and pays personally.

Please make the remaining payment by bank transfer after the workshop; the payment is made in two installments.
In case of cancellation up to 3 days before the date the deposit is fully refundable; later it is forfeited.
Notes regarding therapy and mental health:
- If you are in ongoing psychotherapy, consult it with your therapist before participating. I strongly do not recommend participating in constellations during psychotherapy with the intention of quickly 'shortening' the process.
- I do not work with people undergoing psychiatric treatment or taking psychotropic medications.

About the facilitator:
I met Bert Hellinger in 2003. Thanks to his translator Zenon Mazurczak I could participate in Hellinger’s workshops in Poland (including the Master Course in Kraków in 2006). Over the following years I attended more than twenty workshops with various facilitators and regularly participate in Wolfgang Deußer’s workshops. For many years I was hundreds of times a representative, gathering experience; after a stay in Germany I began conducting spiritual, silent constellations.
