It also includes: - a systemic approach in the psychotherapist's work with families; - examples of difficulties in collaboration with parents; - considerations on how to work with different types of parents, e.g., overprotective, self-sacrificing, demanding, abusive, absent, etc.; - various practical ways of talking to parents depending on the stage of the teenager's therapy; - principles for starting work, formulating contracts, and their implementation; - proven tools to facilitate the organization of therapeutic work; - ways to establish an alliance with parents while maintaining the teenager's trust; - the possibility of supervision of one's psychotherapeutic work.
