On behalf of Matisoft Gaming Club, we warmly invite you to the first Argatoria League MGC! 📅 League schedule: - Registration until 05.09.2025 - League start: 08.09.2025 - League end: 29.11.2025 We will play games in a round-robin format (up to 10 players). In case of more players, we will split into two groups. Pairings will be drawn at the start of the league, and the order of games is flexible. 💰 IMPORTANT: - Entry fee is 35 PLN, participation must be purchased via the online store: https://mgc.com.pl/pl/p/Liga-Argatorii-MGC-/6177 - Payment is online only! All games must be played at MGC. Table reservations for league games are free. 🏆 Prizes: - 1st place – financial voucher for purchases at MGC + trophy - 2nd place – trophy - 3rd place – trophy 📜 Argatoria League MGC Rules: - Game results are sent only to the store's email. - Game format: Open, point limit 850-1000. Variable army list. - Armies should be composed based on currently valid rulebooks, the latest FAQ, and errata. - Armies do not need to be painted, but fully painted ones earn small points. Conversions are welcome. Substitutes from other companies or 3D printing, in reasonable amounts, are allowed. Doubts are resolved by the Organizer. - Players are required to have a prepared army list before the battle, in printed or legibly written form, a centimeter ruler, sufficient activation markers, and clearly readable dice. - Battles last up to 6 cycles or 180 minutes. 15 minutes before the end, Player A completes their current activation, and Player B has the right to perform one activation. If players are in the Wizard Commanders Phase, both are completed. The league is played using the Purple Warlock 3 Scenario Compendium, with the difference that a result of 1-2 on the draw table refers to the tournament scenario set rather than the main rulebook. Special rules for the league: - Stop them! - If the enemy charges your unit, but not a single model, after the enemy's attacks, you can remove the Action Die of the charged unit and activate it during the enemy's activation turn. - Blood Brotherhood - If activating a unit within 5 cm of another unit of the same type, you can activate both units within one activation by removing their Action Dice. This rule does not apply to orders. - Turnaround - During the game, if turning a unit or single model is impossible, you can apply the Turnaround rule. The unit or single model remains in the same place but each base is rotated 180 degrees. The unit that performed the turnaround can move a distance of 5cm+k6. The same rules apply to a single model. After the turnaround, the unit cannot charge during this activation. - Side movement - Instead of normal movement, a unit can perform a special side movement, but it is not as coordinated as forward movement. Therefore, the unit can move a distance equal to 2k6 cm. Before side movement, the unit can turn up to 90 degrees as before normal movement. - Hero placement - The hero's owner decides whether the hero, after losing contact with the unit due to the loss of the entire strip, is placed or not, based on tactical situation. Players draw special abilities for their generals before the league. After the battle, players exchange their general's abilities. Scoring: - Walkover: Average points from played games (calculated at the end of the league). - We count PK earned during the battle in the given scenario, then consult the following: - 0 PK result 10 / 10 - 1-4 PK result 11 / 9 - 5-8 PK result 12 / 8 - 9-12 PK result 13 / 7 - 13-17 PK result 14 / 6 - 18-24 PK result 15 / 5 - 25-32 PK result 16 / 4 - 33-40 PK result 17 / 3 - 41-50 PK result 18 / 2 - 50+ PK result 20 / 1 In case of a PK tie, we consult destroyed bases. If there's still a tie, we add 10PM for painted and finished armies. If this doesn't resolve it, players perform squats until one of them collapses.
