There is a pool of players who cannot dedicate an entire Saturday to playing miniatures but can dedicate an evening. Hence the idea for a 3-round casual tournament. Tie breakers based on SOS. There will be equal tables of Volkus and Into the Dark. For every player who wins all games, a golden statuette is provided. - Mission 1: Upload - Mission 2: Power Surge - Mission 3: Secure What to bring? - Miniatures (do not need to be painted) - Equipment - Approved ops cards - Dice and tokens - Inch ruler What to expect? This is a casual tournament, we play for golden underpants. It should be stress-free; beginners will be trained on how to play, advanced players will be mocked for stressing out. If someone does stress out, call the organizers (Bartek Wójcicki aka Ken or Michał Żywczyk aka Slanesz). Chess clocks are not mandatory but are recommended if a player is slow and aware of it. If time runs out during the game, the active player finishes their activation, the opponent plays one activation, and you count points. If a player consistently runs out of time, they will have to play with a clock. Who judges? Ken and Slanesz DropZone After Dark Invitational Due to high attendance, we introduced a new format. Playing in After Darks allows players to accumulate points. The first tournament with points was the first tournament of 2025, i.e., After Dark vol 3. - Undefeated = 3 points - 2 wins = 2 points - Participation = 1 point At the end of the Kill Team season (i.e., at the last event before rotation and release of the next box), the top 8 are invited to the invitational. The tie breaker is the number of event wins and then the total Tournament SOS. The last event of the season will consist of 2 tournaments: the invitational and a regular After Dark alongside it. The invitational will have cool prizes, and its exact rules will be announced closer to the event. If someone from the top 8 does not show up, the current player with the highest number of points will automatically be pulled into the top 8.
