Feldenkrais Method. Can you learn to move anew? 📅 Friday 24.10.2025, 🕓 4:30 PM–6:30 PM Chata Numinosum Physicist and judoka Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, inspired by Eastern martial arts and the way infants organically learn to move, created a method of movement development in the 20th century. He prepared hundreds of lessons for various everyday activities such as getting up, walking, or even moving the eyeballs. The Feldenkrais Method is suitable for anyone who wants to move better, develop their mobility, or recover their health, regardless of age or physical condition. Classes are conducted without imitation, comparison with others, or critical judgment. Everyone performs the movements independently, at their own pace, gently, paying attention to themselves, their own sensations, and current abilities. The workshop will consist of practical activities: - tilting crossed legs, which serves to relax the lower back, chest, and improve spinal rotation - the clock under the pelvis, aimed at relaxing the hips and lower back, as well as connecting and coordinating the pelvis and head There will be breaks and time for questions between exercises. All you need to bring is comfortable clothing and an exercise mat. We practice without shoes, but it is worth bringing warm socks. All exercises can later be performed independently at home. Photos from the classes can be viewed at: https://www.facebook.com/strona.pawla.wojtowicza/photos Paweł Wójtowicz – certified Feldenkrais Method teacher, practicing since 2010, one of the few specialists in this field in Poland.
