Hello, Dear Ones! We invite you to our cozy women's support circle, where we create a space of warmth and understanding. What do we do during the meetings? - We talk from the heart, share our experiences, meditate to reconnect with ourselves, and sing. - No complicated practices or formalities. Just honest conversations and care for one another. - Women from different backgrounds join us, but all share the need to be among others. Here, you can relax and simply be yourself. We invite you to our circle, which is a place of rest, openness, and creativity. We meet in the Jazdów neighborhood, which at this time of year is beautiful, green, and fragrant. Together, we create an atmosphere of trust and community. The support and song circle is an international group of women who support each other. Our circle includes individuals with refugee and migration experiences, mainly from Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia, as well as women from Poland. The support and song circle is a place for creative women's meetings and mutual support. Our circle is open to all women who feel called by our invitation! Our meetings often have a creative character. We share our talents: - We sing. Often Eastern, polyphonic songs. - We meditate, breathe, seek pleasure and relaxation. Meetings within the circle are free of charge. We usually speak in Polish or Russian, find a language we all understand, or, if needed, translate. This is a unique formula, a group where support and community among women are possible beyond political divisions. It is a circle where Ukrainians, Belarusians, and Russians sit together. This is made possible by the sensitivity, openness, and wisdom of the women who create it, as well as by respecting the principles of forming a women's circle. We have been meeting in the circle for many months. Currently, the circle is an independent group of women working for their community. A permanent group of 8 women from Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, and Poland is involved in the activities and organization of the circle. The circle includes, among others, artists, creators, psychologists, who share their skills and talents with others. Circle meetings are conducted on a rotational basis. Our activities are supported by the Open Jazdów Initiative. Thank you! 📅 We are waiting for you on Monday, September 15th at 6:45 PM. - Please bring something for the shared table. - Wear comfortable clothing. - You can bring instruments with you. On September 15th, the circle will be led by: Monika Szeliga.
