About the event

We invite you to a creative workshop where you’ll discover how to combine traditional embroidery with photography. You will learn basic stitches, paper work, and get to know useful accessories. You can bring photos or postcards from your personal collections. No prior embroidery experience is required.



Instructor:



Karolina Starostka-Kokoszka – the Urban Embroiderer from Nowa Huta, a Kraków szopka maker. For ten years she has been intensively engaged in embroidery. She uses various techniques in her work, including goldwork, 3D (stumpwork) and bead embroidery. She collects books and accessories related to embroidery.

  • Price: 50 PLN
  • Duration: 2.5–3 hours
  • Number of participants: up to 10 people
  • Tickets available through the online reservation system or by card at the ticket machine in the MuFo Józefitów branch.
