I invite you to a practice where the starting point will be working close to the floor. We will develop floorwork and low locomotion – movement qualities based on softness, continuity, and full use of support. During the meetings, we will focus on: - mobility – expanding the range of motion through spiral movements and smooth weight transfers - coordination and flow – combining sequences into movement phrases - strength flexibility – building stability in low positions - working with breath, timing, and spatial orientation - softness – the ability to adapt the body to a hard surface through relaxation and conscious movement guidance Low locomotion practice develops strength and mobility throughout the body. It allows you to experience movement from a different perspective – closer to the ground, with greater freedom and a sense of organicity.
