I invite you to Open Floor free movement classes, during which you can deepen contact with your body and emotions, clear your mind, explore relationships with yourself and others, enjoy freedom and dance. We dance in a beautiful hall in the center of Warsaw every Saturday. Previous experience does not matter. "Instead of isolation, I choose to be with others. The foundation of Open Floor is movement resources, access to which we discover through regular practice. Embodied resources become our support and superpower in everyday life, in internal and external relationships. FOR WHOM? For everyone. Regardless of age, gender, nationality, or level of experience. If it's your first time and you've never tried movement meditation, the clear structure of the practice, gentle instructions, and wonderful music will help you feel free in your body and enjoy the process and dance. If you are an experienced dancer, you will undoubtedly discover new qualities of movement for yourself. I invite you with all my heart! ABOUT ME: Katia Frolova. I have been leading free movement in various modalities since 2016. I completed a 2.5-year teacher training at the California Open Floor school https://openfloor.org, and I am a member of the wonderful organization of conscious movement teachers ICMTA https://www.icmta.com. I love dancing, I love freedom, and I love going deep into the experience. I create a safe space, respect boundaries, am not afraid of vulnerability, and simply enjoy dancing and life.
