WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR: From a young age, we are told how to behave, how to live, what to like, and what not to... The opinions of others can drown out our inner voice. Many people have lost trust in themselves and their choices, which makes them afraid to follow the voice of their heart and intuition. The way culture teaches us to think and act leads to violence - fighting with ourselves and others, suppressing emotions, giving up on what is our calling in favor of what we think we should do and how we should think. We choose what seems predictable and safe instead of creating a life and relationships that bring us fulfillment. All of this leads to suffering, loneliness, inner emptiness, and confusion, or painful attempts to force others into obedience. That’s why, if you want a different reality - one where there is space for: - Trying and fully experiencing everything with acceptance and recognition, to build a life in harmony with yourself - Developing empathy between people, to enjoy enriching each other's lives ...then I invite you to the world of NVC. For me, NVC is a practice of changing consciousness, combined with communication tools. You can become part of a great transformation, which I believe can truly change the world. Communication is a key life skill because it influences reality. Ideas shape thinking, thinking influences communication, and how you speak affects how others perceive reality.
