    Workshop "Healing Hands" – discover the power within you Did you know that your hands hold extraordinary potential? During this two-day training, you will learn how to awaken and direct energy to support health and well-being – yours and others'. Imagine being in the mountains, in the forest, or on a journey... Someone close to you has a severe migraine or knee pain – and you can help without medication, using what is natural. Why is it worth participating? - You will learn techniques for relaxation, meditation, and mindfulness. - You will develop active listening and empathetic companionship skills. - You will discover how a session is structured and in which areas you can help. - You will enhance practical skills in working with hands and energy. Training program: Day 1: meditation, relaxation, active listening, empathy. 🕒 time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Day 2: working with hands, session structure, work safety, and supervision. 🕒 time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM The training is based on Kolb's Cycle – you learn through experience, reflection, and practical action. 📅 When: September 13–14, 2025 📍 Where: Warsaw 👤 Trainer: Tomasz Assinis 📱 Registration: WhatsApp +48 601 130 153 The number of spots is limited – we work in a small group so that each participant can fully experience the process.
