Do you feel a butterfly inside you, waiting to spread its wings and soar with the wind? We invite you to workshops where you’ll let it dance — lightly, freely, joyfully. Silk fans will become an extension of your movement, giving you a sense of freedom, flow, softness, and space for self-expression. This is a meeting for women and men who want to move — not just their bodies, but also their hearts. During the workshop: - You will learn the technique of holding and moving fans with lightness and grace - You will discover basic tricks that will help you feel and move in flow - You will learn a short movement sequence - You will experience freedom of expression and joy in playful movement Silk fans originate from traditional dances of East Asia, where they were used as tools for stage expression. Today, they appear in intuitive dance and flow arts, where movement and breath lead to mindfulness and the pleasure of being in the body. This is a space for anyone who wants to feel the wind in their hands, dance with lightness, and allow themselves to move without judgment.
