We have a 𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 for HOKA shoes worth 𝟖𝟎𝟎 𝐳ł and an awesome 𝐳𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐰 𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐰𝐚 from the brand 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭.

Additionally, for each participant, we have prepared SiS energy gels, a gift from the BachleDZIKI running group, and a 𝐤𝐮𝐩𝐨𝐧 for a free pastry with the purchase of any hot drink at Café Zakrzówek.

Who will lead the training?

• Aleksandra Bazułka - vice-champion of Poland in mountain running, team medalist of the Polish Championships at a distance of 5 km, and II place finisher of the 17th PKO Bieg Trzech Kopców. Athletics instructor of the Polish Athletics Association. Co-founder of the BachleDZIKI running group.

• Łukasz Bachleda - qualified sports trainer specializing in the endurance preparation of athletes and motor preparation. Multi-medalist of the Polish Championships in cross-country skiing, medalist of the national championship in athletics. Founder of the BachleDZIKI running group.

PARTICIPATION RULES:

• The running training is open and free of charge. Runners of all skill levels can participate.

• The organizer has provided two main prizes - a voucher for HOKA shoes worth 800 zł and a package of Science in Sport products, the distribution of which will be decided by 𝗿𝗼𝘇𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘇𝘆𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗲̨𝗰𝗶𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘇𝘂 conducted via the 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘆 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗼 (https://www.slido.com/).

Questions will concern knowledge about the Krakow running scene, running, main event partners, and the trainers leading the sessions. It is worth closely monitoring the event page. The final decision will be based on the response time. The quiz will be conducted live after the training session. There is no possibility to participate in the prize game in any other way.

The platform does not require prior registration. Participants only need a phone with internet access.

• If more than two people record a total quiz score (points for answers + time taken to answer) qualifying for a prize, we will play rock, paper, scissors.

• The voucher for HOKA shoes will be awarded to the best quiz participant immediately after the training session. Along with it, the winner will receive detailed instructions on how to claim the prize. The voucher is valid for the exchange for one pair of running shoes worth 800 zł from the provided list. There is no possibility of an additional payment or exchanging the voucher for another prize. Redemption date: 31.01.2025. The exchange for shoes will take place through the training organizer - the BachleDZIKI running group.

• The main event partner - the SiS brand has provided gifts for each training participant. In the case of an exceptionally large number of people, the organizer adopts a first-come, first-served principle.

• The event partner - Café Zakrzówek, has provided coupons for each training participant for a free pastry from the café's offer (cinnamon rolls, croissants) with the purchase of any hot drink. The coupon is valid until Sunday, January 19, until the café closes. The coupon cannot be exchanged for other products from the café's offer.

• Event participants consent to the creation of photo-video materials by the organizers and the sharing of their image on partner channels and for the promotion of the running group.
