With the beginning of 2025, we invite you to a NEW CYCLE of activities at FERMENT, dedicated to building well-being and inner harmony 💫 FERMENT FOR HEALTH.
In the workshops, we will gently move our bodies, build resilience to stress, and learn effective ways to release tension from the body. 📝 There will also be mini-lectures and inspiring meetings on how to take care of ourselves in a holistic way, connecting: body - mind - emotions.
The substantive patron of the cycle is the Małgorzata Braunek Bądź Foundation, which focuses on health education in the spirit of a holistic approach to humans. More on the website: https://www.fundacjabadz.pl
January is the month of emerging from the darkness of autumn. The days are getting longer, there is more light, and thanks to our FIRST IN THE CYCLE activities 💫 THE BODY HAS A VOICE, we want you to also gain VITALITY and JOY.
Together with Zuza Sikorska - a certified trainer of conscious work through the body and breath, we invite you to explore various types of movements and sensations from the body. The sessions will be accompanied by music, intertwining dynamic and subtle parts. Everyone works at their own pace and in accordance with their own abilities.

What does it mean that the body has a voice?
The practice of connecting with your own body is more than 'techniques' and 'exercises.' It is a journey that allows you to curiously look within yourself, gently build contact with your own emotions and needs, and return to balance and health. Contact with the body supports our relationships, building awareness of boundaries while strengthening the sense of community with other people and the world. Finally, it brings a lot of freedom and pleasure to life.
The body has a voice, but living in a strongly 'disembodied' world and culture, we often find it difficult to hear and understand it. There is also good news: this voice is always present and ready to help us renew the pathways between the body, emotions, and mind and live more fully. If you want to learn how to hear and understand it, but also to enter into dialogue with it and use its wisdom in your life - I invite you to join the practice.
In the workshop, you will receive space for embodied practice and experiences, but also to choose the most useful tools for yourself that you can use daily.
This workshop is for you if you want to:
build contact with your body and feel good in it,
experience the connection between body, mind, and emotions in a safe environment and learn ways to regulate them based on somatic techniques,
learn to better read signals from your body and thus discover your needs and preferences,
give yourself support, empathy, and self-compassion using conscious breathing and conscious movement techniques,
regularly practice a conscious relationship with the body that supports a sense of integration, vitality, and joy of life in everyday life.
We will practice based on:
body language, movement, somatic methods
conscious breathing techniques
components of Laban Bartenieff Movement System analysis
developmental components of Dance Movement Therapy.
What do the classes involve?
The instructor Zuza works by verbally inviting you to a series of movement experiments, exploring different types of movements and sensations from the body. The sessions are accompanied by music, intertwining dynamic and subtle parts. Everyone works at their own pace and in accordance with their own abilities. All subsequent explorations make up an integral process supporting various aspects of connecting with your body.
Bodythinking classes are not a sequence of specific movements that must be repeated; the movement of each person is their individual response to verbal invitations.
In the classes, participants do not engage in physical contact with each other, and there are no elements requiring touching or being touched by other people.
There is no need to share your experiences related to the body or practice in the group forum, but at each meeting, willing individuals will have the opportunity to share them.
For the workshop, bring comfortable (non-restrictive) clothing, something to cover yourself (scarf, sweatshirt), socks that are comfortable and warm (we practice without shoes), and something to drink.
