🤔 WHAT IS LAUGHTER YOGA?
Laughter yoga is a unique combination of conscious laughter with yoga breathing exercises and elements of improvisational theater. It is a method created by Dr. Madan Kataria, practiced today in over 100 countries!
You don’t need to have a sense of humor or a reason to laugh - in laughter yoga, we practice conscious laughter as an exercise that quickly turns into spontaneous and contagious laughter. This is because our body does not distinguish between conscious and spontaneous laughter - in both cases, we receive the same physiological and psychological benefits!
A laughter yoga session consists of a series of simple, joyful group exercises where we combine laughter with movement and breath. It is a safe space where you can unleash your inner child and experience true, unconditional joy.

Laughter Yoga Trainer, Laughter Therapist, Sound Therapist, Relaxation Trainer, DJ
Born at noon in the middle of summer, an optimist who carries the energy of the sun, illuminating the world. He combines lightness and fun with deep self-work. After years of working as a radio presenter, he discovered his true passion in helping others find joy and inner peace. Overcoming depression, he realized the immense power of joy - now he shares that power to inspire others to live a life full of harmony and smiles.
For over four years, he has been leading laughter yoga sessions, where in a fun atmosphere, he helps participants break their own barriers and experience deeper insights and cleansings. Sessions and relaxation concerts using the enchanting sounds of Tibetan bowls, gongs, and more are additional ways to bring participants into a state of deep peace and harmony. As a DJ, he creates unique ecstatic dance sessions that combine fun with meditative contact with one's own body and spirit, allowing participants to enter a flow state that lasts long after the session.
In his practice, he brings balance and harmony between lightness and depth, strengthening peace, joy, and love in others. This approach attracts people who are seeking a path to inner peace and want to regain the joy of life. His classes are a space where everyone can find something for themselves - from smiles and fun, through inner cleansing, to deep insights and soothing relaxation.
