I invite you to a workshop where - through working with embellishments - we will take a closer look at the dynamics of movement.

We will understand dynamics as the art of combining contrasts that bring our dance to life, giving it a unique character and depth.

During the exercises, we will juxtapose different qualities of movement – from strong to delicate, from fast and energetic to slow and refined, from those danced low to those danced high.

The workshops are open level – it's worth coming at any stage of learning, because discovering different possibilities is never too early or too late 🙂

However, we particularly invite women at the intermediate level, who, thanks to solid foundations, can fully utilize the potential of working with embellishments and make their dance even more expressive.
