We use 432 Hz frequencies and theta waves that support entering deep trance, creative flow, and connection with the body. Each track is tailored to one of the 7 chakras, combining natural sounds with hypnotic rhythms of organic house to elevate your vibration and add more energy. The set opens and closes with ambient tones, creating a space to feel the moment in full mindfulness, movement, and spiritual connection. 💫
