A Polish string quartet based in Warsaw. The ensemble was formed out of joy in playing together and a love for the beauty of chamber music. It consists of artists associated with the Music Academy in Bydgoszcz and the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań. The musicians are laureates of many international competitions, including the International Music Competition named after Karol Szymanowski in Katowice, Franz Schubert und die Musik der Moderne in Graz, the FLAME Competition, the IX Concurso de Instrumentos de Arco Julio Cordona in Portugal, the National Viola Competition named after Jan Rakowski, the National Cello Competition named after Dezydery Danczowski, the Gianni Bergamo Classic Music Award, and the International Competition of Polish Music named after Stanisław Moniuszko.
The artists have performed at many significant festivals, including: Davos Festival, Crans Montana Classics (Switzerland), Festes Baroques, Quatuors à Bordeaux, La Folle Journée, Festival de musique de Besançon, P.
