We warmly invite everyone to the fourth catch as part of the Feeder Action!

The Feeder Action is a project in which ornithologists across Poland catch and ring birds at feeders. The ringed birds are measured and then released back into the wild.

The catches for this year's Feeder Action will take place every two weeks from the end of November to December until February. We invite you to our fourth catch on January 12 from 7 AM to 12 PM - you can come at any time during these hours.

This season, the Action will take place in the Botanical Garden of the University of Warsaw. Entry to the Garden will be free for everyone, with the stipulation that we only enter for the purpose of participating in the catch and retrieving birds from the nets. The ringing point will be located at the entrance to the Garden from the side of ticket office no. 1, near the Astronomical Observatory.

Participating in bird ringing is a unique opportunity to take a close look at the birds living near us and to expand your ornithological knowledge!
