We invite you to the Wild Run Cycle 2025.

The cycle consists of four races counted towards the cycle classification and one final race closing our struggles.

Dates of the events:

AUTUMN – Wild Run - 10km - 06.10.2024

WINTER - Winter Half Marathon Wild Run - 21km - 12.01.2025

SPRING - Wild Run Thirteen - 13km - 23.03.2025

SUMMER – Half Marathon 'On the Loops' - 23km - 11.05.2025

CLOSING - 15.06.2025

NO TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION. We always wait for the last competitor and a little longer. Those who stayed with us know.

The race routes will be made available no later than two weeks before the start in a .gpx file.

The routes are marked with ribbons, we try to mark them so that no one gets lost.

Time measurement - important information. The condition to be classified is to cross the finish line with a visible start number.

The condition for classification in the final classification of the WILD RUN CYCLE 2025 is participation in at least 3 out of 4 races.

Points in the classification will be awarded for places taken in individual races according to the system: 1st place – 1 point, 2nd place – 2 points, 3rd place – 3 points, 4th place – 4 points, 50th place – 50 points, etc.

The winner is the person who collects the smallest number of points, taking into account the results from the 3 best starts. In the event of competitors obtaining the same number of points, the number of higher places achieved will decide the ranking; if this solution does not bring a resolution, then the place is ex aequo.

PRIZES:

Trophies for places 1-3 for women and 1-3 for men for the entire cycle. Medals for all participants classified in the WILD RUN CYCLE 2025 (participation in a minimum of 3 out of 4 races)

Cash prizes for places in the entire cycle:

I – 500zł

II – 300zł

III – 200zł

In case of withdrawal from the event, the entry fee is non-refundable, however, there is a possibility to transfer the paid package to another person.

START NUMBERS:

Start numbers will be permanent and collected before the first race of the cycle at the 'Race Office' during personal data verification – the number assigned to the competitor after paying for the entire cycle will be their number for the duration of the cycle and the competitor will keep it permanently, without the obligation to return it after each race. In case of loss of the assigned number, a fee of 20zł for a replacement number will be introduced.

PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGE PROTECTION:

Each competitor is required to sign a Statement during personal data verification at the 'Race Office.'

FINAL PROVISIONS:

The organizer does not provide participants with liability insurance and insurance against the consequences of accidents.

At the finish line, as it is at the finish line, water, isotonic drinks, cookies, and who knows what else.

We remain committed to the fact that this is a social event. We do not create a special rigid regulation. The rules seem clear. Whoever is first at the finish line is also first in the entire cycle.

Disputes will be resolved by us as organizers at our discretion, but always fairly.

Finally, an important piece of information, in case of a ban on entering the forest (drought, etc.) the race will be moved to another date.

We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event to another date in case of factors beyond our control (pandemics and such).
