2-day workshop Basics of DMT 📅 January 17 - 18 ⌚ Schedule: Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 🗺 Warsaw, ul. Grochowska 262, Conference room, 1st floor The workshop is aimed at adults who want to learn more about the field of dance and movement therapy, regardless of their previous movement/dance or therapeutic experiences. Also for those planning to pursue education at the DMT Institute. The goals of the workshop are: 💃🧠 to present the most important practical and theoretical issues in dance and movement psychotherapy. 🌟🕺 to introduce the field of therapy in which internal change occurs through movement, dance, and other body experiences. 🕐 The workshop includes 14 teaching hours. Instructor: Małgorzata Wiśniewska 🎓 Certified psychotherapist and supervisor of dance and movement psychotherapy. Co-leads the Polish Institute of Dance and Movement Psychotherapy. She is a Polish delegate to the European Association of DMT. She is also a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. In addition to a 4-year training in dance and movement psychotherapy, she completed training in Authentic Movement in collaboration with the Institute for Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy. In her therapeutic work, she also uses the Body-Mind Centering approach and has trained in movement analysis, including the Kestenberg Movement Profile - KMP. 💃🕺 📚 Co-author of the two-volume publication “Dance and Movement Psychotherapy” published in 2013 by Gdańskie Wydawnictwo Psychologiczne. 💰 Fee: Those paying the full amount by the end of October pay 750 PLN as part of the early bird promotion. From November, the workshops will cost 790 PLN. Payment can be made in full or in two parts: 400 PLN deposit reserving the spot, payable immediately after notification of acceptance, and the remaining amount no later than December 6, 2024.
