… do you like yourself, do you love yourself, do you respect yourself? Or maybe it varies, sometimes you are in touch with yourself, and sometimes you lose it… It may also be that you do not like yourself, it is hard for you to accept yourself as you are… 👥

What is your relationship with yourself? 👁 What kind of eyes do you look at yourself with - critical, judgmental, accepting? Can you hear yourself? Can you feel?

🌸 We invite you to a 4-session group dedicated to the relationship with yourself. A relationship that is our foundation in adulthood.

ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION:

🗓 The group meets weekly on Wednesdays, from 18:30 to 21:15. We start the meetings on 08.01. and end on 29.01.

📍 During the meetings, we will look at the following topics:

1. Tamed / untamed parts - that is, who I am, and who I cannot be
2. Self-image - how my story has influenced how I see myself
3. I am enough / I am not enough - working with the critical / demanding part
4. Embracing yourself fully - being your own guardian

PRICE *

- 800 PLN for the entire cycle of 4 meetings
❌ There is no possibility of participating in individual classes.

The final confirmation of registration for the group is the payment.

-> In case of cancellation from the group 10 days before its start, we refund 100% of the amount, a week before 50%, later the payment is forfeited.

📌 If someone is in therapy, it is good for the therapist to know about participation in the classes.
