Anna Banasik
I invite you to workshops that will explore movement, emotions, and… a bit of absurdity, because after all, no one said that development can't be fun! Get ready for a journey where space will become your playground, body weight your best partner, and the dynamics of movement – your secret weapon. Floorwork? Oh yes, we will have a very close relationship with the floor.
We will work in pairs, solo - where your creativity will not only blossom but may even explode like confetti. You will express your emotions in movement, which will sometimes flow like a river and sometimes burst like popcorn in a microwave. We will discover new qualities, experiment with stimuli, and learn to observe – each other, the space, and maybe even what is beyond the reach of movement.
At the end of each session, we will create a choreography that will allow you to feel the wind in your wings – literally, if we go wild with the dynamics! The whole experience will be complemented by music that will inspire us to act, and an atmosphere that will make learning pure pleasure (or at least sound that way in theory).
These are workshops where technique meets fun, abstraction intertwines with logic, and your movement world gains a new dimension 🌪️
Kasia Zakrzewska
In the classes, she tries to find the most sincere aspects of movement, seeking what moves from within using the tools of imagination. The body becomes a material that can take on many textures and qualities. The classes are based on many elements - improvisation, visualization, learning combinations, reconstructing what we learned earlier, taking it for granted to revive the previously given form and squeeze out previously undiscovered paths.
