I invite you to a unique, 2-hour dance workshop for women - DanceWorkout, which combines dance, training, and relaxation in one!

You used to dance and would like to return to it, but you keep missing the opportunity..

What can you expect?
We start the workshop with an energetic, dance warm-up.
Then we move on to exercises that strengthen muscles and shape the figure.
The main part of the class consists of learning basic figures and feminine dance steps, which we combine into a short choreography, that is, a dance routine.
To conclude, we will move on to a calm stretching session that will help relax the body.
Regardless of whether you are just starting your dance journey or already have experience – these workshops are for you!
